The Campbell Foundation would like to introduce Christina Cruz as the new Community Engagement Fellow for the Chesapeake Region – the Foundation’s first Fellow for this Program Area.
Christina will help advance the Foundation’s mission of creating more equitable and livable communities by working with partners in the Chesapeake to address systemic inequities and immediate needs. Working closely with Kenneth Turner, Program Director of Community Engagement, she will explore prospective grantee organizations; review, analyze, and present funding requests; and help shape and update our Community Engagement grant portfolio by actively engaging with community stakeholders and funding partners.
Christina was previously the Grant Administrator for the Spanish American Civic Association for Equality (SACA). She is deeply connected to Lancaster County and has dedicated her career to advancing causes that ensure all feel welcome and valued. We are delighted to have Christina on board and excited to benefit from her perspectives and experience.
