Dear Colleagues,
The Campbell Foundation would like to introduce Khloe Graczyk as the new Grants Management and Executive Assistant. Khloe will provide the administrative and grants management support for the Foundation’s Pacific office and staff. She joined the Foundation in June of 2025.
Khloe’s background includes nearly 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and government sectors, with roles that have included spearheading participatory grant-making processes, building partnerships with hundreds of nonprofits, and leading the expansion of resources to historically underserved communities. Having started her career as a math teacher, Khloe enjoys supporting grantees in strengthening program management and building organizational capacity through tailored training and technical assistance.
Please join me in welcoming Khloe by reaching out to her at kgraczyk@campbellfoundation.org.
As we welcome Khloe to The Campbell Foundation, I am also happy to announce the promotion of one of our staff members to a new role. Sara Almaraz, previously Grants Management Associate, Pacific, has been promoted to Program Officer for our Pacific team. Sara joined the Foundation in March of 2023 and transitioned to her new role in March of 2025.
As Program Officer, Sara is working to expand the Foundation’s Community Engagement initiative for the Pacific Office, with a special focus on the southern San Joaquin Valley. This includes providing analysis of grant proposals, identifying new grantee partners and deepening partnerships with existing grantees. She will also continue to lead the Pacific team’s Capacity Building program, implementing creative strategies to meet grantee needs.
To learn more about both Khloe and Sara, please visit the Staff Page on the Foundation’s website.
Thank you always for your support and partnership,

Samantha Campbell (she/her)
President
