Tori Sullens

Tori Sullens joined The Campbell Foundation in March of 2026 as the Grants Management and Executive Assistant for the Chesapeake office. She provides administrative and grants management support for the Foundation’s Watershed Advocacy, Agriculture, Community Engagement, and Capacity Building programs in the Chesapeake office.   

Tori collaborates with the Chesapeake team to facilitate the grantmaking process by conducting due diligence, evaluating proposals, and processing grants. Tori leads the Capacity Building grant program, including grant review, for Chesapeake Office. This includes Tech Capacity Building, DEIJ, Professional Development and other RFP grants. She also provides back-office support to the team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. 

Tori brings extensive experience in grantmaking and program management from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, where she managed the Chesapeake Bay Stewardship Fund programs and coordinated aspects of the Western Water portfolio. In her previous roles, she focused on developing strategies and grant programs to achieve successful restoration outcomes to improve water quality and habitat connectivity in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Tori’s contributions also included leading the environmental compliance activities, coordinating in-person events focused on collaboration between grantees, and acting as a key liaison between the foundation and regional partners in the watershed.  

Tori holds a BS in Environmental Science and Studies from Towson University with a concentration in Environmental Policy and Management. Outside of her work with The Foundation, Tori is passionate about conservation and enjoys spending time outdoors. She enjoys participating in volunteer events in her local park, birding, and trying new coffee shops.
