Grants Management and Executive Assistant

Khloe Graczyk

Khloe joined The Campbell Foundation in June of 2025 as the Grants Management and Executive Assistant for the Pacific office. She provides administrative and grants management support for the Foundation’s Pacific office and staff.

Khloe collaborates with the Pacific Office team to conduct due diligence, evaluate proposals, and process grants. She will also support the evolving program of grants to organizations in the San Joaquin Valley and other areas of California, as well as the Capacity Building Program and Unsolicited Grants Cycle.

Khloe brings extensive experience in grantmaking and program management, having overseen more than $5B in federal funds as a Program and Grants Officer with the United States Department of Education and AmeriCorps. In her previous roles, she engaged in participatory grant-making with communities, built partnerships with hundreds of equity-oriented and service-based nonprofits, directed the allocation of COVID-19 relief funding, and led the expansion of federal resources to historically underserved communities across the Western Region.

Before transitioning to grantmaking, Khloe worked in education as a teacher, an administrator, and a policy associate. One of her proudest professional achievements was contributing to the launch of a diverse-by-design public school. She holds a BA in Sociology from Boston College and an MPA from California State University, Northridge.

Originally from the Gulf Coast on lands belonging to the Akokisa, Atakapa-Ishak, Esto’k Gna, Coahuiltecan, and Karankawa, Khloe now lives in Los Angeles as a guest on the homelands of the Chumash and Tongva peoples. Outside of her work with The Foundation, Khloe enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue pit mix, and embracing slow travel, prioritizing in-depth experiences, and sustainability.
